Festivals always walk hand-in-hand with food, and Indian festivals are specially known for their sweets extravaganza. Probably it was a good way devised to engage the kids into religion and provide the elders the bonding opportunity. Whatever it is, the foodie in me loves to indulge in such festivities through exploring the culinary delights. Every region has their own specialty associated with every festival.
