River Ness meandering through the city

Once Upon a Time in Inverness

Once upon a time, when faces went without masks when smiles were visible in human lips when the term โ€˜social distancingโ€™ was just another phrase from the English dictionary, I was in the Scottish highlands of Inverness. River Ness quietly meanders through this quaint city adding to its captivating charm. Today, I recollect those lovely times of touring the wonderful vistas and relive each and every moment of the carefree, happy days.

It all happened when I was looking for some particular picture through my archive and I stumbled upon my Inverness album. At once it took my caged soul to the far off destination in the picturesque city of Inverness.

It was the same month last year when we were happily touring the city. To cherish my memories and celebrate my โ€˜tour-versaryโ€™ I thought of sharing my journey with my readers through my pictures. It may be a year old yet, the memories are fresh in my mind.

Let me take you for a walk through the streets of the city by the River Ness – a pictorial journey of a lovely city. Words may seem meaningless compared to the beauty of the place. So let the pictures do justice. Though my eyes and soul captured even more than my camera did.
